
(RTTNews) - Total private sector credit in Australia was up 0.3 percent on month in October, the Reserve Bank of Australia said on Thursday - slowing from 0.5 percent in September.
On a yearly basis, total credit was up 4.8 percent.
Housing credit added 0.4 percent on month and 4.2 percent on year, while personal credit rose 0.2 percent on month and 2.4 percent on year and business credit gained 0.3 percent on month and 6.4 percent on year.
Broad money was up 0.3 percent on month and 4.6 percent on year.
